Pickling Chemicals - PICKLOX
Pickling dissolves a layer of heat affected zone, it removes free ferrite and impurities. The concerned area is HAZ i.e Heat Affected Zone after welding. The pickling chemicals desolve the HAZ film uniformely and removes the ferrite, carbon, burr and other impurities in the joint area. The pickling can be performed within 20 - 40 minutes depending upon the requirement. The Pickling chemicls are available in liquid, spray and gel forms as per applications.

Few microns of the surface is dissolved. The Contaminations and imperfect oxides are converted are removed. The fresh surface is made available.

The removal ferrite is achieved with pickling and thus guarding against corrosion. Pickling we provide delivers virgin finish and ready surface for passivation.
